Counselor In Training Program
The Counselor-in-Training Program gives our oldest campers, fourteen- and fifteen-year-olds, an understanding of what it takes to be a successful member of our camp team. While they are not ultimately responsible for the safety and supervision of campers they interact with, our CITs are expected to display a high level of responsibility and care while at camp, while maintaining an enthusiastic and energized camp spirit. CITs are encouraged to participate in the fun camp activities and foster bonds with those around them. CITs report directly to the CIT Director who mentor them through any challenges and celebrate growth. There is no minimum number of weeks that a CITs has to attend.
