Registration

Each winter we send a mailing to all campers from the previous summer and also to individuals who have called for information during the fall and early winter. Our registration forms are available in the "downloads" section of our website, and also by regular mail or fax, if desired. Early registration is strongly recommended.

Each camper must have a physical exam that is current within the past three years and a completed health form must be received in our office four weeks before the camper's first day of camp.

Camp Dates

Camp is in session for eight weeks. Our 2010 season begins on June 28 and ends on August 20. Children can be enrolled for four, five, six, seven or eight weeks.

Uniforms

Uniforms are a camp requirement and parents are very supportive of this policy because it eliminates the "what to wear" issue. The uniforms are printed with the Holiday Hill logo. Camp shirts and shorts are required and sweatshirts are also available. We recommend the use of labeling (permanent markers work well), as the camp is not responsible for lost articles.

Transportation

Safe, supervised door-to-door bus transportation is provided to and from most surrounding towns. Central bus stops are utilized in certain communities, which are beyond the range of door-to-door transportation. All busing is included in the tuition price.

Open House

This event is held in the spring for potential campers and their parents. Our annual Open House will be held on Sunday, May 2, 2010 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.  Our staff will be available to answer questions and give tours of the facilities. Refreshments will also be served. If you are unable to attend the Open House, you may contact the Director to visit the camp at a more convenient time. Click here for directions.
